IMMEDIATE LIVE SUPPORT |

Use this option to request immediate service. A support technician will start a chat session with you and, if needed, request your permission to share control of your computer’s screen, mouse and keyboard and provide you the service requested. You can chat with the technician while he/she is working with your system. At the end, the session is disconnected and no more access is allowed to the technician until requested from your computer again. This service is available Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
